Studies have revealed that over half of Latinos could be shut out or unprepared for 86% of the jobs by 2045. It is devastating for a world to leave out one of the most powerful and dynamic communities out of the future economy. Simultaneously, we understand that when we do not feel a sense of belonging, we tend to sit on the sidelines trying to survive.

This is why we founded Mujeres del Futuro. A safe of belonging that centers the potential of Latinas in the digital economy. We create a powerful sense of belonging through our Facebook virtual group and training programs created for and by Latinas.

We are all too familiar with not belonging. It's often heard: You're Not American Enough. Not thin enough. Not smart enough. Your hair is wrong. Your skin color is not right. We know what it feels to not belong and contort ourselves to fit in. Silent on the sidelines simply surviving.

Mujeres del Futuro has built a safe space of belonging for Latina leaders, entrepreneurs and change makers. When we know we belong, it opens the space for us to start dreaming. Envisioning what's possible. Finding a place of belonging takes us from surviving to thriving.

Communication and Leadership in Action is a group coaching and mentorship program in Mujeres del Futuro.

Members receive multiple trainings in areas of communication, emotional intelligence, leadership and mentorship.

Mentors are selected to coach participants and provide ongoing support.

Un grupo de mujeres con sueños y metas distintos pero con el fin de ser mejor cada día ,para enseñarle a nuestros hijos,familias , amigos o conocidos que todo se puede y que cada meta conlleva al crecimiento de su destino de cada ser humano.
